8:30 – morning fundamental stations
10:30 – team fundamentals
12:00 – End of stations and meeting at main gym for daily motivational thought

12:30 – lunch
13:30 – pool time
14:30 – individual practices (players practice with coaches for private instructions)

16:30 – competitions
18:30 – end of competitions

19:00 – dinner
20:00 – 5 on 5 camp league
22:00 – return to rooms
23:00 – lights out
